How time flies!

I can't believe it's been a month since I've stopped working. I can't keep track of which day it is. It's all going so fast. I'm trying to make the most of it as it can end at anytime. I've been baking a lot - I've even tried my mums buttermilk rusks (which went dowon quite well with Leon). I'll have to make more before I return to work at the rate he's wolfing them down!
