Lake Garda
Leon, Liam and I spent the last 10 days on the shores of Lake Garda, in the North of Italy. It is one of the most beautiful places we've ever been. The lakes with the Alps in the background makes for stunning scenery.
We spent some time on Monte Baldo (a mountain peak reached by cable car) and the views were fantastic - a highly recommended outing for anyone planning to visit the region.
As always, the quaint villages of Italy made for loads of hours wandering small, winding alleys. And we ate waaaaaaayyyyyy to much Gelati!

Gelati - guess which one is mine? ;-) Although, I have to say that I didn't realise 3 scoops meant 3 liters in this particular shop.

Pragtig, maar julle maak my net jaloers met daai gelati. Dit lyk yummy! Kom ons swop Frankryk vir Italie?? MM
Liam your Mom and Dad are teaching you very BAD but yummy habits, and spoiling you with the travel and sightseeing bug. In later years I am sure the conversations around the fire on a cold winters night will be filled with all these exciting things you are doing and experiencing. Happy adventures to you all.
