Only in South Africa

Taking into consideration that the UK is not allowing entry to South Africans holding emergency passports (due to the high incidence of fraud), quite a few people might be stuck back in South Africa now. Why? Because the Home Affairs department ran out of passports! Actually I find it quite funny, but I do feel sorry for people planning to travel to the UK who won't be able to do so now.
