Two blissful weeks in France

We've been back a while already, but had so much going on it's taken me until now to get our holiday photos on the blog.

In September we spent two lovely weeks with my parents in France. One week in Biarritz and the second in Lacanau Ocean - about an hour from Bordeaux. Both locations had the most beautiful beaches.

The holiday was slightly marred by Liam falling off the bed on day 2 and getting a cut just above his eye. This meant that our second day on holiday was spent at A&E in Dax. Luckily it didn't need any stitches. And then two days later he slipped outside and fell on the same wound - cutting if open all over again. Thankfully his luck changed after that and the holiday continued with no other major incident.

Some of the highlights were spending a day in the Pyrenees and driving through the wine routes of Bordeaux taking in the beautiful scenery and chateaux. And definitely the beautiful villa we stayed in in Bordeaux. Liam also really enjoyed going on the plane.
